1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing or using Unyte, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Unyte.

- Features covered
- Anonymous chat, message translation, matching, friends, image sharing after chat activity, UNO, Tic-Tac-Toe, tokens, rewards, gifts and profile styling.
- Sign-in
- Google, Apple, Facebook and phone sign-in where available.
- User duties
- Use the app lawfully, respect other users, avoid harmful content and do not bypass safety systems.
- Paid items
- Tokens and digital items are app-only features with no cash value unless Unyte clearly says otherwise.
2. Eligibility
Unyte is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location if higher, to use the app. We may ask for birthdate confirmation or an age check before allowing access.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live and where you use Unyte.
3. Your account
You may sign in using supported methods such as Google, Apple, Facebook or phone sign-in where available. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through it.
You must not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, sell or transfer your account, or use automated systems to access Unyte without permission.
4. User conduct
Unyte is built for respectful conversation. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, stalk or intimidate another person.
- Share sexual content involving minors or interact with anyone you believe may be under 18.
- Share hateful, violent, illegal, fraudulent or deceptive content.
- Request or share highly sensitive personal information such as passwords, government IDs, financial details or private addresses.
- Upload malware, spam, scams or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to bypass moderation, safety systems, blocking, superblocking, screenshot notices or technical limits.
5. Your content and conversations
You keep ownership of content you create or share, such as messages, images and profile details. By using Unyte, you give us permission to host, store, transmit, translate, display, moderate and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.
Messages may be translated automatically or on request. Translations may not always be accurate, so do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.
You are responsible for the content you send. Only send images or information you have the right to share.
6. Safety tools and enforcement
Unyte may provide tools such as profanity filters, image approvals, screenshot notices, block, superblock and report. These tools help safety, but they cannot prevent every harmful interaction.
We may review reports and activity, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, delete accounts or take other action if we believe these terms or our policies have been violated.
7. Tokens, rewards and purchases
Unyte may offer tokens, rewards, gifts, chat styles, badges, profile frames, banners or other digital items. Tokens and digital items have no cash value unless the app clearly says otherwise. They cannot be sold, transferred outside the app or exchanged for money.
Purchases are handled through the relevant app store or payment provider. Refunds are subject to app store rules and applicable law. Rewarded ads may be provided by advertising partners and may depend on availability, eligibility and technical completion.
8. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of Unyte at any time, including features, games, tokens, rewards, matching, translation, safety tools or supported languages. We may also update these terms from time to time.
9. Third-party services
Unyte may use third-party services for sign-in, hosting, storage, translation, age checks, moderation, analytics, crash reporting, advertising and payments. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
Unyte is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure or that matches, translations, moderation decisions or game outcomes will meet your expectations.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Be careful about what you share and report behavior that appears unsafe or abusive.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Unyte and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Unyte at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, create legal risk, or misuse the app.
